Please note: Sales tax and payroll recording are included within my bookkeeping services. Payroll processing, sales tax preparation and remittance are not included, as these services require specialized compliance parameters that vary by jurisdiction. I will be more than happy to recommend a provider, if you don't already have one.

Sign an engagement letter and upload your documents via secure link or to a private, protected client folder for safe processing.
Your books are maintained within QuickBooks Online. Ownership and access will always remain with you.
Bookkeeping is handled on an ongoing basis, with occasional questions or clarifications requested when needed.
Books are reviewed and reconciled on a regular schedule. Reports are prepared and delivered to your secure client folder.
Questions are answered and ongoing support is provided.
You talk to me, not a team
I'm a solo practitioner. When you contact me, I reply directly. I personally answer all your questions, concerns, requests, and maintain involvement in every aspect of your bookkeeping.
Your month at a glance
After your bank statements and platform reports are released each month, I review your statements, manage your transactions, and prepare your financial reports. Once your reports are finalized, I deliver them to your secure client folder.

Simple, upfront pricing - no surprises
I keep my pricing simple and upfront. I provide fixed-rate pricing for my services so you always know what to expect. My minimum monthly fee is $300. Pricing is based on scope of work, volume, and complexity. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like a quote. You can also fill out my form and I'll respond within two business days.

Located in Birmingham, I specialize in bookkeeping for professional service-based businesses and e-commerce businesses, across the United States. I have years of experience working with complex, high-volume retail and e-commerce businesses and have been exposed to various workflows such as specialized COA systems, multiple revenue streams, payment processing reports, fees and splits, clearing accounts, contra accounts, adjustments, and industry-related expenses.
I created my business in 2024 and strive to assist clients who are at a point to hand the "tedious" off to a capable professional. I hold an active QuickBooks Proadvisor Level 2 certification and Payroll certification.
